Piazza Pet of the Week

As part of the Piazza Auto Group, Piazza Mazda of Reading wanted to show their love of animals. What better way to do so than teaming up with the PSPCA? Every Wednesday at 7:50 am, a new Piazza Pet will be featured on the Chris Stigall Show on 1210-AM WPHT. To adopt a pet, stop by one of the PSPCA locations.

Check out the PSPCA website for additional news and updates!

Watch the video below to learn more about Karma!

 Karma
Karma is a 5 year old Bulldog Mix. Karma was recently rescued by the PSPCA's Humane Law Enforcement Team. She is approved for families with children of all ages! Karma came to the shelter with other dogs too, so she could have canine siblings. Karma has cropped ears, so her new family will just have to keep her ears clean.

 Peppa
Peppa is a three year old Labrador Retriever Mix. Peppa's favorite past times include spending time with people and chasing tennis balls! She loves to train. Peppa knows many commands including, sit, watch, touch, and her name of course! Peppa would do best in homes with teenagers as she is high energy and has a lot of love to give! Meet her at the PSPCA today!

 Kaya - Adopted!!
Kaya is a two year old Pittie Mix. She was pulled to the PSPCA from ACCT in August. Kaya is a very sweet girl who loves meeting new people!! She is so excited to find her forever family! Kaya is gentle with treats, knows "sit", and walks well on her leash! She would make a great family pet!

 Zeus - Adopted!!
Zeus is a 4 month old Pittie Puppy. He was rescued by the Humane Law Enforcement Team when his owners did not care for him. You can meet this sweet puppy at Puppapalooza on August 30th at Morgan's Pier! Help support the PSPCA!

 Leila - Adopted!!
Leila is a two year old Pittie Mix. She was rescued by the PSPCA's Humane Law Enforcement Team back in mid-March. Leila was found with a gaping head wound on the side of the road. She had to undergo surgery to close her skull wound and remove her right eye. Leila is still a happy and playful girl even through her hardships. She cannot wait to meet you!

 Ace - Adopted!!
Ace is a five year old Chihuahua Mix. He has some medical issues including a heart murmur and an ocular ulcer that requires eye drops. Other than that, he is pretty perfect and can go into any home! Ace is great with kids of all ages, but should probably be the only dog in the home. Meet him today!

 Delilah - Adopted!!
Delilah is a two month old short hair kitten. She has an eye lid condition that may require surgery when she is older or just may require eye drops for the rest of her life. Delilah has been overlooked at the shelter because of her special look. Give this sweet, energetic, playful girl the chance she deserves!

 Nutmeg - Adopted!!
Nutmeg is a six year old American Bully Mix. She is super sweet and can go into homes with children of all ages! She is dog friendly too! Nutmeg was rescued along with her canine siblings, who have both been adopted. Nutmeg would love to be next!

 Natasha - Adopted!!
Natasha is a 1 year old Pittie/Labrador Retriever Mix. She was rescued by the PSPCA's Humane Law Enforcement Team just last week. She is a wonderfully sweet dog, but she can be a little shy at first. Natasha warms up quickly though, as she is bouncing around and happily wagging her tail.

 Tia - Adopted!!
Tia is a one year old grey tabby cat. She came to the PSPCA after being found by a Good Samaritan. The Good Samaritan had been feeding Tia for many months, and trying to find her a forever home, but to no avail. Tia has a mild neurological condition that makes her gait irregular - she walks funny. She is also FIV positive (weakened immune system). Tia is still a bright and sweet cat looking for a great home!
